薄膜體聲波濾波器的材料、設(shè)計及應(yīng)用

近1O年來,隨著無線通信技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,新一代高性能濾波器成為了目前研究的熱點之一。BAW濾波器因其優(yōu)異的性能具有很強的競爭力。本文簡要介紹了薄膜體聲波濾波器的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及相關(guān)壓電薄膜材料等問題。目前的BAW器件尚存在一些急需解決的問題:如何獲得更大的耦合系數(shù)以滿足下一代通信系統(tǒng)中大數(shù)據(jù)量傳輸?shù)膸捯蟆⑷绾翁岣吖に囁揭员WC各膜層厚度誤差的匹配、如何獲得c軸一致取向的壓電薄膜等。盡管如此,完全可以相信,隨著第三代移動通信時代的到來,BAW濾波器憑借其獨特的優(yōu)勢必定會展現(xiàn)出更廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
